Responsibilities:

Guide patients in selecting frames and lenses tailored to their prescription and style Accurately measure, adjust, and fit eyewear Process orders, manage inventory, and maintain optical displays Handle billing, insurance verification, and order follow-ups Collaborate with doctors and staff to deliver seamless patient care Participate in cross-training across office roles to support team flow and develop new skills

Who You Are:

Exceptionally detail-oriented —you notice what others miss Naturally extroverted and engaging , with strong communication skills Organized, dependable, and team-minded Previous optical or retail experience preferred but not required
