We are a busy, multi-doctor private practice looking for a fashion-forward, customer-focused Optical Assistant/Sales Stylist to join our team. What You'll Do:
- Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that complement their style and vision needs.
- Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and benefits to maximize sales.
- Process optical orders online through Eyefinity and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Perform adjustments, repairs, and simple fixes like replacing nose pads and screws.
- Use both manual and digital lensometers to verify prescriptions.
- Assisting in scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, troubleshooting optical orders, pricing out orders for patient services and materials.

Office hours: Monday 8 AM-5 PM, Tuesday-Friday 9 AM-6 PM, and every 2nd & 4th Saturday 9 AM-4:30 PM.Preferred availability:
