We are looking for an ethusiastic person with a strong desire to always put patients first. Must enjoy working as a team member in a detail and customer service driven practice. Previous customer service experience is a plus! Ideal candidate is someone with a friendly attitude, works well with a small group and can adapt to company procedures. Experience with pre-testing, material selection and insurance billing is a plus but not required.

Description of Duties:

Provides prompt and courteous customer service Support team members to accomplish daily duties Optical Daily reconciliation Trouble shoot difficult cases Opening and Closing Procedures Insurance Claim corrections Running reports, such as receivables Please apply with your Resume. Schedule:

8 hour shift Weekends are required
