Our optical showroom features designer brands such as Oliver Peoples, Dita, Gucci, Theo, and more. We are looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and enjoys helping patients select the perfect eyewear. Previous optical experience is strongly preferred and Saturday availability is required. • Assist patients in selecting and fitting eyeglasses, offering friendly and supportive guidance
• Take accurate measurements of patients' eyes
• Adjust and repair frames for proper fit and comfort
• Process glasses orders and submit insurance claims for eyeglasses and vision services
• Provide exceptional customer service and work through challenges with a positive attitude Preferred qualifications
• Previous experience as an Optician strongly preferred
• Experience using OfficeMate is a plus
• Saturday availability required
• Strong follow-through: completes tasks accurately and on time
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of medical billing processes is a plus
