Job Description
Visionary Eye Care, a privately-owned optometry office in North Broomfield/Erie, is seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our growing team. Optical experience is required . Job Duties Greet and welcome patients to the office Assist patients with frame selection Educate patients on high quality lens materials and coatings based on doctor recommendations Process spectacle orders; bill insurance accordingly Check-in orders; quality check and prescription verification using digital and manual lensometer. Notify patients via text or phone. Receive new stock; enter into inventory Assist with inventory and return of frames to vendors Dispense orders to patients, making adjustments as necessary Spectacle repair and ordering of warranty lenses and frames Maintaining office cleanliness; frames, frame boards, optical cases, lab. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Excellent customer service, sales, and organizational skills Friendly, dependable team player with a "can-do" attitude Strong optical experience is a plus Our hours are Monday 10am to 7pm, Tuesday 9am to 6pm, Wednesday through Friday 8am to 5pm, and Saturday 8am to 1pm. The employee will be expected to work some Saturdays; days off will be Sunday and one weekday to be determined.
