Optician / Optical Sales - Multi-Specialty Eye Care Group Are you passionate about helping patients see and look their best? Our fast-paced, multi-specialty ophthalmology group is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Optician / Optical Sales Associate to join our growing team at our Alachua office.
About Us:
We are a busy, established eye care group offering comprehensive ophthalmology and optometry services. Our team provides top-quality care in a friendly, professional environment dedicated to patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights:
Assist patients in selecting eyeglass frames and lenses to meet their vision needs and style preferences Perform accurate measurements and ensure proper fit and adjustments Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and care Process optical orders, verify prescriptions, and ensure timely delivery Support daily optical sales goals and maintain merchandise displays Collaborate closely with doctors and technicians to provide seamless patient care
Qualifications:
Experience as an Optician or in Optical Sales Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a busy environment Knowledge of lens materials, frame styles, and insurance billing preferred
