We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer care and offering a curated selection of independent, high-quality eyewear. We are a small, passionate team that values a casual, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a new team member who shares our passion for independent eyewear and personalized customer service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and possess a knack for connecting with customers. This role is central to our practice and involves a blend of sales, technical skills, and customer care.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic point of contact for our customers. Assist clients in selecting and fitting high-end eyewear. Handle high-end frames with care, performing adjustments and dispensing. Manage the entire eyewear process, including order placement, assembly, and final inspection of eyeglasses. Provide superior customer care through both face-to-face interactions and follow-up communication. Work with VSP and EYEMED insurance plans. Demonstrate a passion for independent eyewear, using your excitement to create a positive sales experience.

Qualifications:

Experience with OfficeMate is a plus. Licensure is not required, as we are open to training the right candidate. Experience with edging lenses is a plus, but not a deal breaker. We welcome candidates from all experience levels, from green to seasoned professionals.

Compensation and Schedule:

Compensation is dependent on experience and skill level. This is a 40-hour-per-week position. Our schedule offers a great work-life balance with no weekends and early Fridays. Benefits information will be discussed during the interview process.
