The Optician will play a vital role in supporting the optometry clinic by assisting customers with their eyewear needs. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate optical solutions. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting appropriate eyewear and lenses Provide information on eyewear care and maintenance Ensure accurate fitting and adjustments of glasses Maintain a clean and organized workstation Support sales by explaining product features and benefits Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Customer service skills Attention to detail Strong communication skills Basic sales techniques
