Job Description
$19-$24/hr DOE + bonuses + retirement match + profit sharing + no weekends McNeel Eye Center is seeking an experienced Optician to join our established private optometry practice. This role is ideal for someone confident in optical dispensing who enjoys helping patients select eyewear and contributing to a strong team environment. We are a privately owned practice focused on patient care — not corporate sales quotas. Our optical department is an important part of patient care and the practice team. This is not an entry-level role. Prior optical experience is required.
