Some of the responsibilities that an Optician will be responsible each day: Answering phones and scheduling appointments. Verifying insurance benefits and calculating patient responsibility. Selecting and ordering eyewear for patients. Making small repairs and adjustments for eyeglasses. Ensuring that patient experience from start to finish is the best in the business.
