The ideal candidate has experience in optical services, a passion for patient care, and a desire to contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist patients in selecting eyeglass frames and lenses based on prescription and lifestyle Fit, adjust, and repair eyewear for comfort and accuracy Educate patients about lens options, frame care, and maintenance Collaborate with optometrists to deliver complete patient care Maintain accurate and confidential patient records (HIPAA compliance) Process eyewear orders, manage retail sales, and support billing Stay current on new eyewear trends, technologies, and optical products Qualifications Prior experience as an Optician preferred Knowledge of optical terminology and lens types Familiarity with optical lab processes and EHR systems Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and thrive in ateam-based setting Detail-oriented and committed to patient satisfaction Our Values At Illinois Eye Associates, we're guided by five core principles: Communication
