The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. List of Responsibilities/Duties Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses Take accurate measurements and ensure proper lens fit Educate customers on proper eyewear care and maintenance Process orders and maintain accurate records Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions Minimum Demonstrated Skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Minimum Education Requirements High school diploma or GED. Previous experience or training in this or similar position preferred but not required. A.B.O. certification a plus Physical Demands Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to write legibly. Must be able to communicate via phone. Must have manual dexterity to work with optical tools. Must be able to read and enter data into the computer.
