This position requires a passion for helping others and an eye for detail, ensuring that our customers leave satisfied with their purchases. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing eyewear that meets their needs. Provide expert advice on lens options, frame styles, and fitting adjustments. Perform accurate measurements for lenses and ensure proper fitting of eyewear. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while managing inventory effectively. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay informed about the latest trends in eyewear fashion and technology to provide knowledgeable recommendations. Skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Attention to detail, particularly when measuring and fitting eyewear. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service standards. Basic knowledge of optical products is a plus but not required; training will be provided. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to eyewear and customer service.
