We are expanding our team and looking for someone who is motivated, friendly, and eager to learn. Position Overview The Optician plays a key role in helping patients select eyewear, understand their prescriptions, and receive high‑quality service from start to finish. This role blends customer service, technical skill, and hands‑on training. What You'll Do Assist patients with frame styling and lens selection Interpret and explain eyeglass prescriptions Take accurate measurements (PD, seg height, frame adjustments) Process eyewear orders and verify insurance benefits Perform eyewear repairs and adjustments Maintain a clean, organized, and professional optical environment Deliver an exceptional patient experience every time What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment Professional appearance and demeanor Experience in optical or retail is a plus, but not required — we provide full training Experience with insurance, sales, or multitasking environments is helpful Reliable attendance Why Join Us Competitive pay and benefits Full training program for new opticians Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Employee eyewear benefits Work in a respected, established medical practice Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays How to Apply Submit your resume through
