We are growing and are in need of an Apprentice Optician for our Saugus location. We will consider full and part time applicants. We are looking for an Apprentice Optician (or someone experienced in optical looking to become an Optician) who's number one goal is to provide exceptional customer service and care for our patients. Lab experience is a bonus, or if you would like to learn the lab, we'd love to teach you. Our focus first and foremost is doing what is best for our patients which is quality service and products. Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide patients with an outstanding experience Educate patients and make professional recommendations based on their individual needs Develop professional relationships with coworkers and Doctors as it is important to work as a team Ensure a quality patient experience through correct pricing, accurate POS entry, and realistic delivery time frames Provide appropriate guidance to patients regarding their Managed Vision Care benefits Assist with the timely execution of approved marketing signage and promotions according to company standards Other duties as assigned by

Store Manager Knowledge, Qualifications, & Skills:
