• Walled Lake , you will work as an integral part of our patient heath care team, enhancing our customer experience and supporting patients and the doctors.

Candidate Must:

Multi-task efficiently and effectively. Be proficient with software. Be comfortable with computerized technology. Be a self-starter. Possess excellent phone/communication skills. Be detail oriented. Have the desire to grow a business. Have a minimum of 1-2 years optometric or ophthalmologic experience. Optician tasks can include, but are not limited to: optical sales, pricing, ordering, and dispensing spectacle adjustments and repairs patient check-in and paperwork management phone answering/calling and appointment scheduling scanning of documents acquiring insurance authorizations patient exam pre-testing contact lens trainings and ordering electronic health records experience•
