We're seeking a dynamic and energetic Spicy FULL Time Owl to join our locally owned and operated team! In this role, you'll be the friendly face that takes a patient through all of their pre-testing and introduces the patient to the online Optometrist! You will also assist the In House Optometrist with requested pre-testing. Your enthusiasm will help foster a welcoming environment where customers feel welcome and comfortable doing an online exam in our Digital format! If you thrive in fast-paced optical setting and love connecting with people, this is the perfect opportunity to spread your wings, join our flock and make a positive impact every day! Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide an exceptional patient experience with enthusiasm and professionalism Conduct engaging small talk with patient while taking them through their pre-testing. Communicate effectively with online refractionists and Optometrists and utilize active listening skills in order to pass this pertinent information on to ourSalesfloor Opticians Requiements:
