What You'll Do This is a cross-trained role , so you'll move between clinical and front desk responsibilities based on what the team needs. Run pre-testing and prepare patients for the doctor Support front desk with check-in, scheduling, and payments Create a smooth, efficient patient flow Engage patients and confidently make recommendations Contribute to optical sales and overall office performance Keep the office organized, productive, and ready for revenue You'll play an important role in keeping the day moving and helping create an experience patients remember.
