Our Culture At Performance Eyecare, we work hard, care deeply, and believe the patient experience matters just as much as the eye exam itself. We are a fast paced, people focused practice where teamwork is everything. Some days are busy, some days are unpredictable, and some days require everyone to jump in wherever needed. The right leader does not wait to be asked. They see what needs to be done and help move the office forward. Our culture is built around our
