Contract-to-Hire Optician / Optical Sales Associate Join a busy, well-established vision care practice in the Flathead Valley as an Optician / Optical Sales Associate. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a long term career in healthcare, or patient services. You'll gain hands on experience in a fast paced clinical environment with clear opportunities for growth and certification. Those new to the industry are encouraged to apply if interested and willing to complete a two-year certification program.

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Starting Pay:

Essential Functions and Duties:
Assist patients with frame selection, lens options, and optical sales Interpret prescriptions and ensure accurate eyewear orders Take precise optical measurements (PD, fitting height, etc.) Fit, adjust, and repair eyeglasses Educate patients on lenses (progressive, anti-reflective, polarized) Maintain accurate patient records and inventory
Qualifications:
Retail sales, optical, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Basic knowledge of insurance billing/coding is a plus Optical experience or ABO certification is a plus (not required)
