Dispensing Optician

Job duties include but are not limited to: Greet customers and patients immediately, provide excellent professional patient care for all patients, select and fit optical eyewear including eyeglasses and contacts, conduct patient education classes for proper eyewear use and eyecare, coordinate insurance benefits if applicable, use edging equipment to cut lenses, inspect and verify the accuracy of all orders, repair and adjust frames, manage and order optical inventory, schedule appointments, maintain medical records, promote a high sense of fashion and style and have a drive for excellence and performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-year experience as a dispensing optician required. State license preferred but not required. Must have proven successes in sales and customer service. Must present a fashionable and professional appearance.
