Job Description

Rosenstein Vision is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Optometric Scribe to join our team full-time. This position works directly with the doctor during patient examinations, assisting with clinical documentation and helping ensure efficient, high-quality patient experience. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Previous experience in healthcare, medical scribing, optometry, or ophthalmology is

. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a long-term position in healthcare, as well as future optometry students looking to gain valuable clinical and patient care experience.
Responsibilities:
Document patient encounters, examination findings, and treatment plans in real time during the appointment Prepare and review patient charts prior to examinations Assist with patient flow and support clinic efficiency throughout the day Ensure medical records are complete, accurate, and organized Support providers with clinical and administrative tasks Communicate professionally with patients and team members Assist with general office duties as needed
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor and positive attitude Reliable attendance, transportation and punctuality
