We're looking for a people-person with great energy who enjoys working with a diverse clientele and is excited to learn the art of opticianry. No optical experience? No problem! We provide hands-on training - what matters most is your passion for customer service and your eagerness to learn.

What You'll Do:

Work one-on-one with patients to help them choose eyewear and contact lenses that best fit their prescription and lifestyle needs Take precise measurements, adjust frames, and troubleshoot optical issues Become an expert on our stylish frames and high-quality lenses Deliver top-notch customer service in person and over the phone Guide patients through their insurance benefits and accurately price products and services based on those benefits Use our computer system to schedule appointments and place orders accurately Keep our store clean, organized, and welcoming Create a fun and memorable experience that customers can't wait to share!
