Position Overview:

We're seeking a motivated, experienced, detail-oriented Optician (full-time or part-time) who loves styling patients, educating on lens technology, and delivering exceptional, personalized care . You'll collaborate with our doctors, optical manager, and lab to match every patient with the right frame and lens combination.

Responsibilities:

Style patients in frames that fit prescription, lifestyle, face shape, and brand aesthetic Take precise measurements (PDs, seg heights, vertex/tilt/wrap as needed) and ensure proper fit Confidently explain lens options (including VR-designed PALs, AR/blue-control, photochromic, and myopia control) Process orders via RevolutionEHR and partner lab systems; verify jobs on arrival Perform adjustments and minor repairs; maintain clean, well-merchandised brand displays Stay current on brand stories, seasonal collections, and promotions to drive optical conversion and multiple-pair sales Support teammates as needed across optical/front desk during peak times

Qualifications:

Licensed candidates preferred; non-licensed candidates welcome to apply but must have at least 3 years of experience if non licensed. Excellent communication and customer service skills High accuracy and attention to detail Tech-comfortable (EHR training provided) and a collaborative team mindset
