Responsibilities Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that fit their vision, lifestyle, and personal style Take accurate optical measurements and ensure proper eyewear fitting Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and visual solutions Adjust, repair, and troubleshoot eyewear Work closely with the doctor to ensure prescription accuracy Maintain patient records while protecting confidentiality Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy Qualifications Experience as an Optician preferred Strong knowledge of optical products and eyewear fitting Excellent communication and customer service skills Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality Experience with pediatric patients is a plus ABO certification/License is a plus but not required for the right candidate Why Rye Eye Care?
