We believe excellent vision care starts with an excellent experience. ______________ What You'll Do You'll be a vital link between our doctors, patients and clinical flow by: Assist patients in selecting the best frames and lenses based on their prescription needs, face fit, personal style, and lifestyle Adjusting & repairing frames to fit precisely Educating patients on proper eyewear care, handling, and lens type selection. Inventory management Helping keep the office running smoothly, efficiently and on time Delivering consistently excellent, compassionate customer service _____________ Who We're Looking For You'll thrive here if you are: Friendly, fashionable, professional and genuinely enjoy helping people Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask calmly. Comfortable learning new systems and medical terminology A clear communicator who explains things simply and kindly A team player with a positive, dependable attitude Previous sales or optician experience is a plus - but not required.
