Full Job Description Job Description:

We are looking for a customer focused and driven individual who would like to join our team at Dr Hosney & Co! This role will mainly focus on optical sales along with front desk responsibilities. Some responsibilities will include recommending lens upgrades, educating patients on benefits of different lens and frame options, and keeping up to date on the latest frame styles. Some front desk responsibilities will include checking patients in and out, answering phones, scheduling appointments, responding to messages and emails. You will also be trained to assist in some minor pre-testing that is completed before the eye exam. Previous sales background is preferred but willing to train the right candidate Knowledge of medical records is also a plus

Key Roles:

• Ability to be comfortable with helping people pick out eyewear suitable for their needs, lifestyle and prescription
• Process eyewear orders
• Answer the phones and schedule appointments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing inquiries
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong sales skills with a customer focused approach
• Be able to work with frame vendors and pick out appropriate glasses for the office.

Full time schedule (39 hours, including paid lunches. Paid for 40 hours):
