We work hard, support one another, and have fun along the way. What You'll Do Help patients select frames that fit their style, needs, and prescription Take accurate measurements and complete the eyewear ordering process Manage and merchandise frame displays in our optical boutique Build and maintain relationships with frame and product vendors Place eyewear orders and coordinate with labs for timely delivery Communicate clearly with patients on order status and expectations Handle pricing, warranties, and product returns Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish What We're Looking For Retail or sales experience required (optical experience is a plus) Strong communication and people skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Self-motivated but also a team player Passion for helping people and delivering great service Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Bonus opportunities Dental insurance Vision insurance Retirement plan Paid time off Employee discounts Professional development support Apply Today!
