Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Optician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in optical systems and a passion for providing exceptional eye care services. If you are detail-oriented and customer-focused, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting eyewear that suits their prescription and style preferences
- Take accurate measurements for eyeglasses and contact lenses
- Adjust and repair eyewear as needed
- Educate patients on proper eyewear maintenance and usage
- Maintain inventory of frames, lenses, and other optical supplies
- Promoting sales and products
Qualifications:
- Experience in a clinic setting. Ophthalmology or Optometry preferred.
- Outstanding sales and communication skills
- Must be a self-starter, reliable and able to multi-task.
- Knowledge of aseptic technique in handling optical equipment
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients of all ages
- Previous experience in office mate software is a plus!
