Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Optician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in optical services and customer care, with the ability to assist patients in selecting the right eyewear solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patients with eyewear selection and fitting. Interpret prescriptions from ophthalmologists and optometrists to ensure accurate lens specifications. Conduct measurements for eyeglass fittings, including pupillary distance and frame adjustments. Maintain and manage optical inventory, ensuring that all products are well-stocked and organized. Educate patients on proper eyewear care and usage, including contact lens application and removal.
