Your duties will be helping Patients find the perfect eyewear; you will learn to adjust them, fit them, sometimes produce them And make sure patients are happy with them. Help keep optical cleaned and organized, help maintain frame inventory. You will also be cross-trained for the front desk, where you will be answering phones and scheduling appointments. Answer incoming phone calls if you are not assisting a patient Assist reception to Schedule patient appointments
