Job Description

Refocus currently has a unique opportunity for an experienced Optical Assistant to join our growing team! We are committed to providing the highest quality in patient care and are looking for candidates who are caring and hold themselves to the highest standards. Candidates should be motivated, personable, and have the ability to problem-solve to satisfy patient needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Working directly with patients to determine their needs. Discuss with patients their best frame and lens options and answer questions. Knowledge of contact lenses to help patients place contact lens orders Ensure patients are happy with their experience. Prepare orders for glasses and contact lenses by checking prescriptions and lens thickness.
