Dr. David A. Lotz, Optometrist, is seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Optical Sales Associate for our well-established eye care practice in Suffolk, Virginia. Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and assist patients with eyewear selection.
• Operate and maintain optical lab equipment (lensometry, pupillometry, finishing lab).
• Handle frame buying, insurance claims, and adjustments or repairs to eyewear.
• Maintain an organized and efficient work environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with optical sales and dispensing eyewear.
• Knowledge of optical products, including lenses and frames.
• Proficiency in lensometry, pupillometry, and adjusting eyewear.
• Positive, cheerful attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently.
• Reliable and trustworthy team player.
