Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated, growth-oriented front desk receptionist for our growing clinic. We focus on improving patients' vision results by going above and beyond. We educate patients on things they can do to improve their overall health and thus their vision. Ideally, you are someone excited to work hard and contribute to our patients. We will provide training for the right candidate interested in working hard, learning every day, and moving towards our mission.
Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments Greet and assist patients Answer inbound telephone calls Verifying patient insurances Placing glasses or contact lens orders for patients Check in patient orders Other office duties as required
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail ​Strong organizational skills Ability to identify and solve problems
