Triage Full Job Description Job Description:
Assisting patients with frame styling by listening to triage patient's needs, wants, and figuring out what they like. Once frames are selected, thoroughly go through patient's insurance hardware benefits and coverage. Then write up the order by going off of doctor's recommendations. Along with frame styling, help troubleshoot spectacle problems if patients come in with adaption problems by taking account into lens materials and figuring out why there are non-adapt issues. Keep up to date with the recent lens technologies and making thorough adjustments to the frames so that it's comfortable for the patients.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Manage frame and lens inventory on regular basis
  • Style patients with the frames that they are looking for
  • Verifying hardware benefits for patients and submitting claims to the various insurance companies
  • Adjusting and repairing frames for patients
  • Verify lenses that come from our labs to make sure that the prescriptions and measurements (NPDs, DPDs, OCs and Seg Heights) are accurate and within tolerance
  • Submit lens orders to the appropriate labs
  • Responding to emails daily
  • Answer phone calls and questions patients may have
  • Making sure all orders are placed the same day patients pay During down times, help out other team members if they need it.
Pay:
DOE + commission/sales bonuses +
