2-6 days per month, Tuesday through Friday availability preferred

$900 per visit

Independent Contractor (1099) About The Opportunity Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking an Optometrist (OD) to provide care across multiple locations throughout Arizona. This is a field-based role where you'll function as an extension of the clinical care team, delivering essential vision services directly to patients in a consistent, well-supported environment serving senior populations. The Setting This opportunity operates across established long-term care and skilled nursing environments. Facilities have consistent patient volume and support staff Organized scheduling and coordinated patient flow Structured, repeatable weekly routes Focus on serving senior and underserved populations We manage equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics — allowing you to focus entirely on patient care. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice Prescribe corrective lenses and provide treatment recommendations Work alongside facility staff to coordinate patient care Deliver consistent, high-quality care across assigned locations What Makes This Different This is not a traditional retail or private practice model.
