Rate:

$120.00 per hour, 1099

Schedules:

Mon-Fri 7A-3P 1 day per week 7A-5P Wasco location No weekends Federal Holidays off Bi-weekly pay

Responsibilities:

Visual Acuity, History, Visual Field Services with appropriate diagnostic equipment Preliminary Testing Cover Test at 20' and 16

Near Point Convergence Rotations Pupils Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience within the last 36 months (3yrs) as an Optometrist with an Active California OPT license BLS from AHA Must have their own malpractice insurance
