  • $650 a day 19 hours ago Qualifications Patient comfort Doctor of Optometry Attention to detail Optometry License Patient interaction Chinese Managing patient records Full Job Description Excellent opportunity to supplement income in a practice that offers very competitive pay and a well-trained staff.
For now we are looking for a doctor for Sundays, as well as potential fill-in work for various days during the year. Opportunities may arise for additional permanent days in the future. Typical day would be 16 exams, 9-5 with 1 hour lunch. Last patient 4:20. Efficient staff takes care of autorefractor, keratometry, NCT, visual fields, lensometry, contact lens trainings, and Optomap. We're located inside Costco San Leandro, so no need to deal with frames/glasses. We aim for a low stress experience for patients, doctors, and staff alike. Great introduction to a Costco setting. We have a very diverse patient base, so working knowledge of languages such as Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, or other, is a big plus, but by no means required. Must be proficient with digital phoropter.
Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited optometry program
  • Valid CA state license
  • Excellent chairside manner
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining medical records Please email CV to inquire.
