PART-TIME ASSOCIATE OPTOMETRIST

Advanced Specialty and Medical Optometry Practice Santa Monica, California Ocean Park Optometry is seeking an exceptional Associate Optometrist to join our warm, collaborative, and highly respected, beautiful private practice in beautiful Santa Monica. For over 50 years, our practice has built a reputation for combining advanced clinical care with genuine human connection. You will be supported by experienced technicians, advanced instrumentation, a strong administrative team, and loyal patients who truly value quality care and trust our recommendations.

SCHEDULE

Fridays:

8:25 AM to 5:30 PM with 1 hour lunch

Saturdays:

8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with 35 minute lunch

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Providing comprehensive and medical eye care in a modern, technology driven environment Managing specialty and medically necessary contact lens patients Diagnosing and treating dry eye disease and binocular vision related concerns Building long term patient relationships through exceptional communication and compassionate care Collaborating with a talented, supportive team that genuinely enjoys working together

CLINICAL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Minimum 2 years clinical experience Scleral lenses and medically necessary contact lenses Orthokeratology and myopia management Dry eye diagnosis and treatment Neurolens and binocular vision dysfunction Complicated contact lens fits Comfort with advanced diagnostic technology and EMR systems
