(d/b/a Vision Eye Gallery) Orlando, FL 32825 • Full-Time, On-Site MG Eye Care Inc., doing business as Vision Eye Gallery, is a patient-centered optometry and optical retail practice located in Orlando, Florida. We are seeking a Florida-licensed Optometrist to provide comprehensive eye care services in a growing practice. This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships and work collaboratively with a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional vision care. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive eye examinations, including refraction, binocular vision assessment, and ocular health evaluation Diagnose, treat, and manage ocular diseases and conditions within the scope of Florida optometry practice Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and ocular medications in accordance with patient needs and clinical standards Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters in compliance with HIPAA, Florida optometry regulations, and professional standards Collaborate with optical sales and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care and an excellent patient experience Maintain clinical quality assurance, infection control, and equipment calibration protocols Participate in insurance credentialing, professional development, and community outreach as needed Qualifications Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited institution Active Florida optometry license in good standing, or eligibility to obtain Florida licensure by endorsement prior to start date Minimum 1 year(s) of clinical experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical skills encouraged to apply Proficiency in diagnostic equipment, electronic health records (EHR), and practice management systems Strong clinical judgment, patient communication skills, and commitment to evidence-based care Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, patient-focused team environment Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience.
