This is a unique opportunity for an Independent Doctor of Optometry to lease professional space within a high-volume, established primary care practice in Mason City, IA . Location This opportunity is based in Mason City, Iowa , the regional hub of North Central Iowa. Organization Overview Our practice group is a pillar of the community, known for providing a high-energy and clinical-focused environment. As an independent leaser, you will have the freedom to practice to the fullest extent of your licensure. You will be backed by an experienced team and have access to state-of-the-art diagnostic technology, ensuring you have everything you need to provide top-tier medical and vision care from day one. What You'll Be Working On Providing full-scope optometric services as an independent practitioner. Managing an established, large-scale patient base with immediate, consistent volume. Practicing to the full extent of your state licensure in a primary care setting. Utilizing state-of-the-art diagnostic technology and full equipment support. Leveraging provided ancillary business support, including billing and patient prescreening. Focusing your time and energy on delivering excellent, personalized patient care. Qualifications Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school. Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Optometrist in Iowa . An entrepreneurial spirit with a desire for professional independence. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient outcomes. Ability to work effectively alongside a well-respected group practice.
