Our model is built to support you as the provider: we supply state-of-the-art portable equipment, handle all scheduling and billing, and provide an assistant onsite so you can focus entirely on patient care. The Opportunity We're seeking a compassionate Part-Time Optometrist to provide meaningful care to geriatric patients. This is a perfect fit for an OD looking to supplement their schedule, earn additional income, and make a direct impact on an underserved population — without any admin burden. CMC manages all logistics. You show up, deliver great care, and leave knowing you made someone's day a little clearer. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive eye exams for seniors and underserved populations Diagnose and manage a range of ocular conditions Prescribe lenses and collaborate with facility staff to support resident needs Provide education on preventive eye care and condition management Create a respectful, comfortable, and patient-centered environment What We're Looking For Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree Active Kentucky Optometry license Experience with geriatric or mobile care is preferred Strong communication skills and a warm, empathetic approach Ability to work independently in facility-based environments Schedule 1-2 days per month Weekday flexibility Standard 8-hour day, typically 8:30 AM-4:30 PM (No weekends) If you're an Optometrist who wants your work to matter while keeping your schedule flexible, this is an opportunity to make a real difference.
