Look no further for a low stress environment centered around giving excellent patient care. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Optometrist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye care services, including eye examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans. This role requires a strong foundation in optometry, patient care, and medical record management. The Optometrist will work closely with patients of all ages, including pediatrics, to improve vision health and ensure optimal eye function. Responsibilities Conduct thorough eye examinations to assess visual acuity and eye health Diagnose and treat a variety of ocular conditions using current ophthalmology practices Prescribe corrective lenses and other vision aids based on patient needs Educate patients on eye health, preventive care, and treatment options Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using EMR/EHR systems Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient concerns with professionalism and empathy Assist with sales of optical products when appropriate Technology Optos Retinal Imaging Visual Field Zeiss OCT icare Autorefracter Lensometer and more Saturday coverage is preferred.
