Detroit Lakes is a premier four-season destination, famous for having over 400 lakes within a 25-mile radius and a stunning mile-long city beach. Nearby Wadena serves as a welcoming gateway to the region, known for its historic downtown, community-centric atmosphere, and beautiful mural-lined streets. By providing comprehensive ancillary business support—including billing, marketing, and credentialing—the organization ensures that its providers can dedicate their full attention to clinical excellence. What You'll Be Working On Providing full-scope optometric services across two established primary care locations. Utilizing state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to deliver high-quality patient outcomes. Focusing on clinical care while utilizing provided patient prescreening and technical support. Collaborating with a dedicated administrative team that manages billing, credentialing, and marketing. Contributing to a practice culture that values "patients first" and professional autonomy. Qualifications Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school. Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Optometrist in Minnesota . Strong clinical skills and a desire to practice full-scope optometry. Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with an experienced support staff. Ability to thrive in a busy, primary care-focused environment.

$145,000 - $155,000 base salary.
