We are seeking Doctors of Optometry for a Float Position providing weekend coverage ( Saturday and/or Sunday ) and possibly weekdays for several thriving primary care practices in the Dayton, OH area. Location Dayton, Ohio (Multiple Locations). This float position serves various established, high-traffic practices throughout the Dayton metropolitan area. Organization Overview Our practice group is a leader in primary care, committed to a model that empowers doctors to focus entirely on their patients. We believe that providers should be free from the administrative burdens of running a practice. To support this, we provide a comprehensive operational structure—including billing, marketing, and patient pre-screening—so you can focus on what matters most: patient health. The practice environment is energetic, professional, and equipped with modern technology. We provide a turnkey clinical setting, ensuring you can step in and deliver high-quality care at any of our Dayton-area locations. What You'll Be Working On Providing full-scope primary care optometry to a diverse patient population on weekends. Delivering high-quality eye care to patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. Utilizing provided ancillary business support to ensure a seamless and efficient patient flow across different sites. Focusing on clinical excellence while utilizing provided patient pre-screening and technical support. Contributing to a practice culture that values professional integrity and exceptional service. Qualifications Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school. Valid Optometry License in the state of Ohio . Strong clinical skills and a passion for primary care optometry. Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within various supportive team environments. Availability to provide consistent coverage on Saturdays and/or Sundays .
