We are looking for an Optometrist to join our team part time. As a full-service practice, we provide primary eye care including vision exams for all ages and treat ocular conditions to the full extent of our license. Such services include contact lenses, glasses, glaucoma testing, emergencies, and pre- and post-operative care to patients of all ages. We are looking for an Optometrist to join Center Valley Eye Care to work one or two days per week. We currently have an available exam room Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and half-day Fridays (choose one or two days that work best for you).

Your regular duties will include:

Perform comprehensive eye exams, with half-hour appts Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease Prescribe corrective lenses Provide pre- and post-operative care to surgical patients Promote healthy vision by counseling and educating patients Maintain detailed patient records using RevolutionEHR Handle eyecare emergencies (within office hours) Optometrist Job Requirements & Qualifications Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree Valid state license to practice optometry Customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills Whether you are looking for your first opportunity in eye care, or you're an experienced optometrist looking to take the next step in your career, we look forward to welcoming you to our team!
