Pearle Vision is a patient-centered, growth-oriented optometry practice committed to delivering exceptional eye care. We offer advanced technology, a supportive team environment, and a strong focus on work-life balance . 20 minutes from historic downtown Charleston. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and detail-oriented full-time Optometrist to join our team. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality patient care, building long-term patient relationships, and contributing positively to our practice culture. Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and manage ocular diseases
  • Prescribe corrective lenses and contact lenses
  • Educate patients on eye health, treatment plans, and preventive care
  • Collaborate with staff and other healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Support the growth and success of the practice Full support team including optometric technician Qualifications
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
  • Active State optometry license (or eligibility of obtain)
  • Strong clinical skills and a patient-first mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required (new grads welcome) Schedule & Compensation
Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday 9 am
  • 5 pm, Saturdays 9 am-2 pm
