Permanent Optometrist Opportunity in Nashville Are you ready to join a respected optometry practice in the heart of Nashville? Practice Overview:
Join a collaborative team with three experienced physicians. Referral-driven, medically focused ophthalmology model Strong in-house subspecialty support in cornea, retina, and glaucoma Rotating call schedule approximately every 6-8 weeks
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No retail or primary eye care duties Balance of clinic and procedural time with a manageable workload Potential for flexible scheduling discussions
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed salary $130000 - $160,000 in Year 1, transitioning to collections-based income Comprehensive insurance coverage, including malpractice 401(k) with employer match and generous PTO CME time and allowance with potential signing bonus
Candidate Requirements:
Optometry (OD) degree holders only Open to both new graduates and experienced optometrists Residency training is preferred but not mandatory Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach are essential
