Flores Eye Care Clinic is seeking a compassionate, motivated Therapeutic Optometrist to join our thriving, full-scope group practice in Laredo, TX. Established in 2001, we have served the Laredo community for over 25 years and currently see over 9,000 patients annually. Starting base salary of $150,000 for Year 1, with a total first-year compensation package value exceeding $200,000.
Choose Your Pay:
We pay above industry standards—choose between a high-guarantee base with production bonuses or a lucrative percentage of gross production.

Your Role:
Perform routine, comprehensive vision examinations and manage ocular diseases. Consult with patients to provide personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with the team to maintain our high standard of patient care. Build and manage your own clinical specialty area within the practice.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited school. Active and valid license to practice optometry in the state of Texas. Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care. Motivated, self-starter who values clinical independence and professional growth.
