This busy primary care practice group is seeking a full-time Doctor of Optometry for a Green Bay Area Float position. This unique opportunity offers variety and professional growth by supporting several high-volume practices within the Green Bay region. You will have the professional freedom to practice full-scope optometry while being supported by experienced staff and state-of-the-art equipment across multiple locations. This role is specifically designed for a clinician who enjoys a dynamic environment and wants to focus on exemplary patient care while the practice handles the administrative and operational complexities. Location This opportunity is centered in the Green Bay, Wisconsin metropolitan area. Organization Overview This practice is part of a thriving primary care group that prioritizes the doctor-patient relationship. By providing comprehensive ancillary business support—including billing, marketing, and credentialing—the organization ensures that its providers can dedicate their full attention to clinical excellence. What You'll Be Working On Providing full-scope optometric services across various primary care practices in the Green Bay area. Utilizing state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to deliver high-quality patient outcomes. Focusing on clinical care while utilizing provided patient prescreening and technical support. Collaborating with dedicated administrative teams that manage billing, credentialing, and marketing. Contributing to a practice culture that values "patients first" and professional autonomy. Adapting to different patient demographics and clinical settings within the regional network. Qualifications Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school. Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Optometrist in Wisconsin . Strong clinical skills and a desire to practice full-scope optometry. Excellent interpersonal skills and the flexibility to work effectively across multiple teams. Ability to thrive in a busy, primary care-focused environment.
